Booth Radiology Earns Top Doc Award  

South Jersey Magazine has recognized two of Booth Radiology’s physicians as Top Docs in their fields. As part of the Readers’ Choice poll, Dr. Markus Whitley received Top Doc honors in Interventional Radiology and Dr. Dennis Lin received the same honors in Radiology.

SJ Magazine has also selected four Booth Radiology physicians as Top Docs. SJ Magazine polls physicians in the community to determine which physicians are recognized by their peers as best in their fields. This year, SJ Magazine has recognized Dr. Markus Whitley, Dr. Jay Patel and Dr. Ross Titton has Top Docs in the Diagnostic Radiology category and Dr. Samir Tilak as a Top Doc for Neuroradiology.

Dr. Whitley is currently the President of Booth Radiology. He completed medical school at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York, NY. His Residency and Fellowship training in Nuclear Medicine and Interventional Radiology were completed at the University of Washington Medical Center in Seattle, WA. Dr. Whitely achieved Top Doc status in SJ Magazine in 2007 and 2008.

Dr. Lin attended University of Illinois, College of Medicine in Chicago, IL and subsequently did his internship at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH, his residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, and completed his fellowship training in musculoskeletal radiology at Hospital for Special Surgery, New York, NY.

Dr. Patel completed graduated school at Farleigh-Dickinson University in Teaneck, NJ before receiving his medical degree from UMDNJ, Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in Camden, NJ. Dr. Patel's residency program was in diagnostic radiology at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia and he completed his fellowship in Interventional Radiology at the Hospital of University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA.

Dr. Titton received his medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine in Miami Florida. His internship was completed in internal medicine at the Atlantic City medical Center in Atlantic City, NJ. His residency in diagnostic radiology was completed at The New York Hospital, Cornell Medical Center, NY, NY and his fellowship in abdominal imaging and intervention was achieved at Harvard Medical School, Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston, MA.

Dr. Tilak's medical degree is from Boston University School of Medicine in Boston, MA. He then completed his internship in internal medicine at Newton-Wellesley Hospital, Newton, MA and his residency in diagnostic radiology at the Medical Center of Delaware, Wilmington, DE. Dr. Tilak's fellowship is in neuroradiology from Brigham & Women's Hospital in Boston, MA.

Both physicians bring their years of training and experience to Booth Radiology where many physicians have achieved Top Doc status in previous years.
