In August I was in your office for several tests -- an MRI, Dexascan and a Mammogram. Every person I came in contact with was kind, pleasant and took the time to explain each procedure I was having. I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge your Ultrasound Tech Jackie. I came into your office for a Venous Doppler Ultrasound. I was very upset, teary eyed and nervous. Jackie was so kind and compassionate throughout my whole test. She kept me calm and even told me what those sounds I was hearing were so I wouldn't be scared. Thanks for your excellent patient contact service. She really made my procedure go smoothly. I told her God sends you the people that you need in your life. The front desk staff was also very kind and compassionate. I just wanted to let you know of my appreciation and experience.

My husband and I want to take special note of the extraordinary professional service and personal concern exhibited by Booth Staff over the past few weeks. Recently diagnosed with breast cancer, I have had to endure the multiple test, appointments, difficult conversations and overwhelming stress with multiple doctors at various locations over several weeks. But the staff at Booth (Washington Township location), without exception, has gone well past professional duty... showing compassion and true empathy as they went the extra yard to ease the burden. One Employee and we don't know her name, actually travelled to another location (because of a computer meltdown) after her shift to ensure we had the medical records urgently needed for an appointment with my Doctor.
